Summary: This project is open to all Preschool through Third Grade Students!! Join us in a fun ONE DAY (3/17/05) project as we use Lucky Charms to bring Math, Language Arts, and Science into your classroom.

Full Project Description:

All participating classes will need to purchase 1 14 ounce box of Lucky Charms. We will be sorting and counting the pots of gold, clovers, horseshoes, stars, moons, rainbows, hearts, and balloons.

Teachers and students will have access to worksheets, learning activities, and standards. Each school will need to submit results on March 17, 18, or 19, 2005.

This is a ONE DAY project!!!

Objectives:

Provide teachers with a fun and new way of teaching sorting, grouping, estimation, and comparison.

Provide teachers with interesting and usable activities to help promote math, language arts, science, and St. Patrick Day information.

Provide teachers with the availability to expand their classroom experience with other students and teachers around the world.

Registration Status: Closed

Registration Dates: 2/01/05 to 3/08/05

Registration Instructions: Registration is open to all PreSchool through Third Grade Classes. Each school which sends in results will receive credit on the webpage as well as a certificate of participation.
