Title: Hands Across America & The World (ID:1631)

Summary: Schools will download a template of a handprint.Students will draw pictures on one side of the hand to show important characteristics of their state/country. Students will write on the other side interesting facts about your state/country. Every school participating will receive a packet of hands.

Full Project Description:
Join us as we make the world a smaller place.
Every student in your class will need to make a hand representing your state or country. One side will be drawings and the other side will be handwritten or cursive facts about your country/state.
Our school will collect all the hands and then mail them out to participating schools.
On September 2nd you will receive an email with details on how many hands your class will need to complete and send back to us.
You will receive a packet with all hands PLUS a participation certificate in November!!
Objectives:
City/State/Country information, handwriting andprinting skills, fun coorespondence between schools!!
