Description of Our Community: Xihu Township or Sihu Township is an urban township in the middle of Changhua County, Taiwan.A traditional farming village, along with Xiluo, Xihu is one of the centers of vegetable-growing on the western side of the island. Famous local foods include lamb hotpot and kyoho grapes.

Project Description: Introduce Xihua Sugar Factory . Built in the 8th year of Taisho, it was originally Yamato Sugar Co., Ltd., but merged with Meiji Sugar Co., Ltd. the following year and was named Keiko Sugar Co., Ltd.
