Description of Our Community: Tong'an Elementary School is located in Fenyuan Township, Changhua County, Taiwan. Located on the east side of the Bagua Mountains, it is about 200 meters above sea level and belongs to hilly land. Administratively under the jurisdiction of Fenyuan Township, Changhua County. The school was established on April 1, 1922, with the name of the Fenyuan Public School Tonganliao Branch. In order to make it easier for the students to study, the residents of Tong'an Village and Zhonglun Village jointly created Tong'an, which has become the second primary school with a long history in Fenyuan Township, and has many alumni since the Japanese era. Before the Restoration (Japanese Occupation Era), there were 17 sessions, and it has entered 99 years of history. In recent years, due to the low birthrate problem and the increase of new communities in the branch campus, in 2012, there were only 30 students in the main school and 51 students in the branch campus.

Project Description: The stone tiger is also known as the leopard cat. There were originally two cats in Taiwan: the clouded leopard and the stone tiger. However, in recent years, scholars have determined that the clouded leopard has gone extinct, so the stone tiger has become the only remaining wild cat in Taiwan. Due to the influence of human activities, the distribution range of stone tigers may only remain in the shallow mountain environment between Miaoli and Chiayi. In recent years, stone tigers have been actually found in only Miaoli, Taichung, and Nantou. Taiwanese stone tigers mostly live in low-altitude mountains or hilly areas, and smaller mammals, amphibians, reptiles, insects, birds, etc. may be their prey. With the development of human society, the number of Taiwan stone tigers has decreased significantly, and in 2008 it was listed as a first-level endangered species. It is in great need of everyone's protection.
