Description of Our Community: We are from Honggu area, a remote administrative region under the jurisdiction of Lanzhou city. And it was identified as well-off area in 1998, while the life here is not ideal, there are beggars everywhere in the street, there are a large number of students supported by the government and the loving people and there are serious problems of the left-behind children and elderly living in empty-nesters.

Project Description: In this project, the column "Our Point of Views" was the highlight of the activity with the summary and voice of our team. From the past to the present, vulnerable groups were never eliminated, and would not be eliminated in the future; it is a worldwide focus and difficult problem. In March 2002, the former Chinese premier ZHU Rongji used the term "vulnerable groups" in the government work report at the five session of the ninth National People's Congress, which made the term become a very popular concept, causing the wide attention at home and abroad. Vulnerable groups were around us everywhere and the seriousness of this problem in this area, our team decided to study this subject and published our own point of views. Readers, please pay attention to the text marked with blue color in the work, which were our team's views and opinions.
