Therefore, he is familiar with that kind of environment and material of iron. Although his fever in his childhood made him loss some of his hearing, but God never closes a door without opening a window. His creative talent makes up for the shortage of expressive speech. Because of his creative at writing in the shape of the metal, he is finally carving out a niche of his own. His wife, Tzu-Wen Hsueh, engages in glass art. The reason they met is because they have the same thing to learn. They create art works together, and walk with their arms linked in their life. Chang-Yao Chaing’s art works are based on the nature. Starting from the series of common sparrows, and successively joined the series of cats, dogs, owls, fish, bats and even penguins. The material he used were from the things they are useless in their daily life. The combination brings some fun of childishness.
