Description of Our Community: Xihu Township is located in the very center of Changhua County. It is one of the most important vegetable distribution centers in Taiwan due to the convenient traffic, vast hinterlands and the fertile soil. Here are the best known farm produced grapes, various vegetables and the mutton hotpot favored by gourmets. In addition, there were many feather processing factories in Xihu Township, but they gradually declined in the 1980s. It was the important processing area of bicycle parts later, but it also gradually declined. However, business in Xihu Township is quite developed and it is one of the living centers in South Changhua. The main business activities are concentrated on Yuanlu Road, Erxi Road, and Changshui Road. Various chain manufacturers regard the three road segments as the establishing place. The industries are well developed, and amazing economic soft power flows through here.
Project Description: Located in Xihu Township, Changhua County, Chang Pu Enterprise Co. Ltd. was founded in 2005. Started from a small factory with an area of 60 ping, so far, its factory covers an area of about 400 ping, and can produce 180,000 various types of wrenches monthly. It will move to the new factory of 1200 ping in April 2015 to increase the production output. How did an ordinary factory develop into a high profit factory with solid trust from Japanese and American buyers? Chang Pu Enterprise has designed many wrenches of the special functions and even has fostered many suppliers in Changhua, Taichung and other regions to create the considerable economic benefits together. How did it achieve such a brilliant performance today? That is worth our exploration.
