Description of Our Community: There was once an ocean here; that is, “ Taijiang Inner Sea.” Now, Taijiang Inner Sea has been filled by the salt and forms this piece of land “Tainan ” under the power of nature. In Tainan Chiang Chuen District, there is a region called “Ou Wang.” Because it was originally Taijiang Inner Sea, the salinity in the earth is very heavy and crops can’t grow easily. However, people here don’t yield . They founded “Ou Wang Heritage Cultural Foundation” with their enthusiasm for the land. In this little area, there is a white piano standing in the green field and under the blue sky. It is “Shiang-yu Museum.” Mr. Jin-Huei Lin plays the piano attentively with his love and enthusiasm for this land. He irrigates Shiang-Yu Museum with love, just like a pianist writing beautiful movements. On hearing the touching music, we “Ying-Hai High School” students decide to search for the source of this voice. Actually, it is disseminated by the people in the Taijiang Inner Sea. We make up our mind to help performance and make the touching movements spread to far far away.
Project Description: Shiang Yu Museum, like a big, beautiful and white piano, is located on a wide, green field. It is full of elegant atmosphere. People can’t stop looking at it and wonder if someone is waving his hands backward and forward on the piano keys. The melody escapes from the aperture and walks around the wide platform outside of the piano. The musical notes of art jump out of the free world, and the concertos isn’t only the movements but the development of art. However, who is playing the piano? They’re a group of cultural people who have deep enthusiasm for the beautiful hometown---salty zone. The assiduous environment in salty zone molded people’s character “Protruding bones in the occipital region spirit.” To continue the features of their hometown, they show the intrepid writing style. They wrote characteristics about the six salty towns—Jiali, Syuejia, Sigang, Cigu, Jiangjyun, and Beimen They included the expressing articles, historical records, relic preservation, and scenic description. They show the total feelings to their hometown in these writing forms; therefore, they make this region become the headquarter of Tainan literature, folklores, and art. Mr. Lin always felt an impulse to combine the abundant literature with art to build an exclusive world. This is so-called the origin of the white piano. The touching melody accomplished the extraordinary art in this plain village, Ou Wang. Shiang-yu Museum appeared dazzling among the quiet villages. Its elegant breath is mixed with the rich smell of rice. There’s no disgust but beauty.
