Description of Our Community: Taipei Municipal Yongle Elementary School is located on the inside of Dadao-Cheng of Danshui front, is an elementary school of old community. Business was very booming here because Dadao-Cheng was an important trading port in early days, and Di-Hua Street was a well-known shopping street. At the ingredients part, Taipei although there is not produce agricultural products directly, but the best-quality agricultural products will always be sent to Taipei. The shop of The Tyzex Glutinous Oil Rice is located in Dadao-Cheng, and combined with the best ingredients shipped from everywhere, creating the popular of The Tyzex Glutinous Oil Rice.
Project Description: Through" The story of glutinous oil rice " special subject web page of Taipei Municipal Yongle Elementary School, we want to introduce this the first brand of Taiwan glutinous oil rice.
1.Professional Team We combine students, parents, Instruct teachers and school teachers, local communities and social education resources, and through interviews, DIY, a questionnaire survey to research the topic.
2.Gather resources widely We interview with The Tyzex Glutinous Oil Rice’s general manager, director, development director and quality control division, and to visit through a questionnaire survey of parents, school teachers, and one to sixth grade children.
3.Food Knowledge We understand the ingredients and production process of glutinous oil rice in-depth.
4.Multiple Activities Our learning activities are divided into four major sections, including visits, investigations, DIY and web technology. 5.Program content Hopes by understanding the successful factor of The Tyzex Glutinous Oil Rice to stir up the enterprise insist on quality products.
