Years ago, Shulin City was famous for producing high quality "Hung Lu Wine". Therefore, it was also called "The Hometown of Red Dew Wine". Now "Monascus", the main fermentation bacteria of "Hung Lu Wine" has become a health food. People not only apply it to produce red wine but also make a variety of related products.

Project Description: With the goal of understanding the history of the use of Monascus we interviewed people who have been engaging in Monascus -related work for decades to get more information about Monascus applications and Monascus related products. In addition, we would like to give Monascus a brand new life. For most people, Monascus is the main fermentation bacteria of "Hung Lu Wine". We'll share you more Monascus products.
