Description of Our Community: The reeds together with the full moon are the terrific pictures during past farmer’s time in LuJou.

With the accomplishment of SanChung flood dividing construction in year 1981 along with the solid urban policy and city plan finalized step by step, LuJou started to develop in fast speed.

The past flood zone has been turning into a abounding country; now it is a city crowed with buildings ?has an flourishing economics and well developments even owning with well public-equipment constructions.

The Farmer’s Association consist of farmers took a turn successfully in the urban trend changing from farmer land to be the building one. It also accompanies wit the progress of time changes and offers the developing education trainings to the local citizens.

Project Description: What is the local enterprise?

To create the welfare for the farmers and feedback to the homeland of the “ LuJou Farmers’ Association” is right the standard local enterprise.

“ LuJou Farmers’ Association” is the organization composed of farmers. With the changing process from farmer to landowner; it switches from country farmer’s association to be the urban one synchronizely.

“Though only 8.3 square kilometers owned by the smallest farmer’s association in the scale, it ranks the top 5 all over the country.

The citizens lived in LuJou are able to go shopping and find the excellent agriculture products in the farmer’s supermarket. For the teenagers, they have chances to join the activities from National 4-H Association and activity clubs. Even ladies are able to attend the various courses arranged by the housecraft classes. As for the farmers, they may plant and sell their vegetables under association’s guide and assistance. Most of important is that schools and associated clubs can receive the subsidy fund yearly.
