Description of Our Community: This is an ancient monument in the Nei-wei district of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Its history is not very long, but in the last few decades, the ancient monument went from its past glamour to its current dilapidation. During this time, the government had wanted to open streets in the surrounding areas, but the area was preserved only after a petition with the signed pleas of the Lee family.

Project Description: The Nei-wei Lee house, built during the Japanese colonial occupation, is less than a hundred years old, but we will provide a detailed description of this history, sadness, and the spirit of the Lee family in preserving the house, as well as the architectural qualities of the old house.
