Description of Our Community: The President Department Store has been here in Sin-sin District of Kaohsiung, in the southern part of Taiwan, for over years. With the chage of ages and the unexpected fire in 1995, most people in Kaohsiung have a lot good memories and expectations for it.

Project Description: We focus on the organization, the change, the leadership and the elements of success of the department store, which has been in the leading position in the business of department stores in Kaohsiung.
