Description of Our Community: Tzuo-ying is located as a northern district of Kaohsiung City, with the Taiwan Strait on it's west. Since ancient times, it is noted, for the Wan-dan Port. Half Mountain and Snake Mountain form native landmarks north and south of it, respectively. The Lotus Lake connects to Turtle Mountain near the center of Tzuo-ying.

The place was developed very early in history, so it's noted for traditional villages. The charms of a city could be shown in its culture, art, literature and architecture. Old cities survive in this age, because it's vitality consistently are released.

Project Description: Mainly, it introduces an annual festival called Wan-nian, celebrated in Tzuoying. Revealing a complete view of Tzuoying, from the olden histories to the latest activities, we state the activities in connection with the festival.
