Description of Our Community: Taipei, a populated area; Maokong, a place full of cultural with a silent atmosphere. In Taipei, we always make contact with the newest science, technology and knowledge, however, opportunities of interacting with the ancient culture are rare, fortunately in Maokong of the Wenshan area, filled with the arts of drinking tea, we understand what is not found in books: The Chinese tradition diet Culture --- Tea Essence. The Wenshan area, is located the to the south of Taipei basin, which is enclosed by mountains, right on the borders of Hsintien, downriver of Shenkeng, in the eastern hillside area, tea gardens can be found, Jing Mei river passes through the west of this area, and meets Hsintien brook downriver. Here, small businesses grow and develop naturally, with the mountains, the forest, the temples, and the elegant scenery, sightseeing is always a good choice. Tea gardens in Muzha gather in areas from Zhinan elementary school to Maokong, besides tasting the famous Oolong tea that was pasted down for generations, Wuyi and Baozhong are also superior breeds of tea. The total size of the tea gardens in Maokong goes over 110 hectares. As Trees grow around the quiet center, and making Maokong the best place to sample the taste of tea mountain scenery.

Project Description: The tea history, nearly as old as Egyptian pyramid. In the development of human history, the tea continuously follows the Chinese people to move towards the modern civilization from the primitive society. Tea has already become an essential material to our life. With tea literary arts: poetry, dance, drama, and myth are all created along with the tea drinking culture, causing the tea drinking culture to turn into an important traditional Chinese culture.
