Description of Our Community: Sun-Min Street in Kaohusiung City is a gourmet street composing by many traditinal Taiwanese snack stores. Besides, San-Feng-Zon Street is also a traditional street which is even more famous for its variety of goods. Closed to these two streets is San-Feng Temple. San-Feng-Gong Temple is a sacred place of Taoism in southern Taiwan. It attracts numerous people to come for worship. With Sun-Min Street, San-Feng-Zon Street and San-Feng-Gong Temple, Sun-Min District has become a special place for Kaohsiung citizens to reminisce the lost past.

Project Description: Sun-Min District was called "San-Kuei-Chu" in anscient times and it was changed to "Sun-Min" after the restoration of Taiwan from Japan. Sun-Min District owns such constructions as Sun-Min Gourmet Street, San-Feng-Gong Temple and San-Feng-Zon Street etc. Because of these constructions and the related policies of Kaohsiung City government, Sun-Min District has been developing rapidly and has been as prosprous as downtown.
