Description of Our Community: The main point is, we will be focusing our research on the definition of Taiwan and in accordance with her people. Thus, our range of discussion will be focused on the conflicts that occur due to different blood relationships, communities and the different life styles if the people who first crossed the sea and settled in Taiwan.
Project Description: Looking back to Taiwan’s history process, since Zheng Chen Gong had control over Taiwan till Ching controls over Taiwan, until the Japanese Period,till the democratic government now,in this whole environment,th control over Taiwan is everchanging . This type of situation produces an unstable society in Taiwan. Furthermore, Taiwan has been under the control of different countries at different times. For example, during the Ching dynasty, the number of people allowed to come to Taiwan was under heavy watch. Also, the Taiwanese lifestyle was taken over by the Japanese lifestyle while under Japan’s control; all aspects of everyday were Japanese. During the control of the Kuo Ming Tang government, Taiwanese people were under even heavier control, they even had curfews at night. These changes have had influences upon the way we look upon Taiwan as a whole. The peoples’ view also changes with the way the government works. But we found out that man and government or man and man relationship isn’t always stabled. to this point, in connection with the life of humans living on this island what kind of gap is there?this is what we are going to analyze and explore during this reaserch.
