Characteristics of
    Effective Student Web Projects
Over the past several years the Global Schoolhouse has developed and
tested the following criteria for "effective" student Web projects.
To maximize the potential for student learning, these criteria emphasize
content, consider the process, and recognize the unique communication
capabilities of the Internet. They also seek to balance these with the
technical and esthetic aspects of the Web site itself.
