Mosaics of Life ProjectMosaics of Life is a Global student art competition culminating in the creation of eight collaborative glass tile murals made up of original art.

Participants are required to complete FIVE STEPS to be eligible for judging.

STEP 1: Select one of the eight Doors to Diplomacy categories. Review the timeline.
Read the complete rules and regulations.

STEP 2: Register and submit art

STEP 3: Develop and create artwork based on your chosen topic. Art work can be: computer designs, paintings, collages, or drawings, which have been scanned and converted to digital format. View Evaluation Rubric Here

STEP 4: Describe the artwork in a 1-2 sentence description and complete the required forms.

STEP 5: Submit Here (must be submitted by a supervising adult)

 
Eligibility Requirements:
Each school, library or education organization may only submit up to three entries.
To be considered for inclusion in the mural, art entries
 
Ages
Must be original art created by students between the ages of 5-19 years  
Online
Must be submitted online as specified  
Deadline
Must be submitted on or before the deadline (TBA)  
Size
Must be submitted in the specified pixel size (800 width by 500 length)  
Format
Must be submitted in the specified format (jpeg or gif)  
Description
Must include a 1-2 sentence description of what the art represents and may be submitted in the following languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Farsi, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Tagalog, Portuguese (and others)  
Adult
Must be submitted by a supervising adult (students may not submit their own entries)  
Forms
Must include all required registration information, permissions and releases
