Project Description: "Water covers over 70% of the Earth’s surface and is a very important resource for people and the environment. Water pollution affects drinking water, rivers, lakes and oceans all over the world. This consequently harms human health and the natural environment. This project of mine is about water pollution in the country and in the world. Its terrible effects and the activities of man that take part and contribute to this. During the past, we have observed that there is already a shortage in water but still, we humans continue to waste and pollute water. Here in the Philippines, we have observed that many bodies of water are now very polluted. Here in the Philippines, an example is the manila bay and also the pasig river. It is sad to know that these two bodies of water are now very polluted and yet one of the historical places in the country. We see and we have observed that the local government is trying their best to come up with a solution to this kind of problems. To help, I decided to pick this topic for the Doors to Diplomacy for as to help in this problem of ours. The aim or purpose of this project is to raise the awareness of people regarding this matter. I would like to emphasize the importance of water us humans and to our environment as well. We would like the audience or the viewers to recognize the significance of water in our everyday lives. Through this project, we hope that somehow, we will be able to help the government and the citizens as well. First, we will present the problems and the activities that take part to the pollution of water, then next is the possible solution to this problem. For some, water pollution is not being noticed, but for me, water pollution is a problem that we should deal with seriously. "
