1. Description of Our Team
Our group is composed of four students. Our group was formed because of a game called “The Boat is Sinking” that our teacher/ instructor facilitated during our class activity. As a group, we have done many things together, like, making our Christmas Belen project, and many more. We also have bonding with each other that makes our friendship deeper in a sense that we are helping each other in some of the things we need to work on. We do sometimes make assignments together. In other words, we are happy to have each other as a team and we are comfortable with each other. Our chosen project, Leadership Traits, is quite broad, however we will only focus on one person which is our President (in the Philippines) Benigno Simeon 'Noynoy' Cojuangco Aquino III or also called as “Pnoy” for us Filipinos.
2. Summary of Our Project
For our project, we will provide a brief background about him. Also, we will provide his achievements, unique skills and traits in to our country that helped to have a progress to our country. Our project will be a webpage wherein we it will have a homepage where the main topics will be divided for instance we will provide a link or links of our president's brief background or biography.We will also place our own insights on what we have learned from our president and with these insights we may also use it to summarize what a true leader's traits must have. Not only that, we will also add to our webpage our experiences from other leaders.

4. Problems We Had To Overcome
We think that there would be a lot of obstacles or problems that will come in our way as we do and finish our project.We consider that there will be our number one problem that we need to overcome and that is our misunderstandings as a team or group.We consider this as our major problem because there may be times that one will have to agree with one's decision and another may disagree.Another problem that we need to overcome will be also on how we will come up with a webpage that is worth learning and reading for and how it will be that presentable to the readers or users of our said webpage.For us, a solution to our two main problems, is we together as a group or team will make or to have a plan that we think may be the best that will give us a webpage that we expect to have and if there will be a misunderstanding we will try to find a way to agree upon one's decision in that way it will give us the webpage that we like to be.It maybe difficult for us to be having these kind of solutions but we as a group hope that we will finish the said webpage the one that we know will give knowledge and learning to everyone.
5. Our Project Sound Bite
Our one sentence quotation that will summarize our participants is 'The man who has done his level best and is conscious he has done his best is a success even though the world may write him down as a failure~B.C. Forbes'.This is a quotation we choose because our project is all about leadership traits and it talks about our present President Noynoy Aquino and we know that it would be very hard for everyone to imitate our president's traits that may lead to be a good leader but we know if everyone of us, in school, our community have a similar trait that our president have that helps in serving or helping other people we may consider ourselves to have already gained success even though we think that there are still people who dislike or oppose us because it is just normal to have people to dislike maybe because of jealousy.
6. How did your activities and research for this Doors to Diplomacy Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?
In our project our content standards that our project address wishes is that the standards being a good leader itself.These maybe one's personal qualities, setting direction and delivering service.This webpage is really fitting to our school or the community it is because with our webpage it will serve as a guide on how to be able to shape oneself that will become a person who can consider himself or herself as a leader that will lead a specific place like our president -our example, and it may serve as a tool that may become a role model.With these, we may learn in the future to know and understand our differences as a person and may it be something that will let our relationship as a team stronger.Through this we will already become people that will fully understand and may know all the reasons behind such issues that is happening around the world- i.e war, and also we will fully have a knowledge on how a true leader must do to help his or her country's security, economy etc.Lastly, for our group we know that the Internet will help us a lot in sorts of fields but it is more effective for us to teach in traditional ways for evryone to fully understand something.
