Project Overview

1. Description of Our Team

We were 4 exactly, but our friends Talitha Azalia was moved to Bandung, so we are now only 3 left, first is me, i am Fauzi, i'm the leader of the group, my job is to make the articles. second is Boby, he is the website designer, he designs the most of the web, then last one is Erick, he makes the article too, sorry if there is still some blank, because we don't have much time to do the research to the other state. So we only get the info from the internet only. Thanks

2. Summary of Our Project

Our web purpose is to describe the cultures in java, mostly the center of java, because nowadays people don't care about cultures anymore like youngster right now don't really care about traditional cultures, so that we want to like showing it again

4. Problems We Had To Overcome

we don't really have much time, because we still having like tests, school task, and homework, and there is only a few free times so we can spend it to work this things done

we want to prove that we can compete internationally! :D

6. How did your activities and research for this Doors to Diplomacy Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?

first of all our content is arts & cultures, because this project is for like introducing again what this traditional cultures means, from this, i've learn how to design a web, how to presentate it, when doing this project i divide the jobs for my friends and me, nowadays are globalization, most of my teachers are using the multimedia way to teach.

1) What information tools & technologies did you used to complete your Doors to Diplomacy project?

we use laptop and notebook, than using the wi-fi connection or modem connection, we don't really use books or newspapers, the software we use are Macromedia Dreamweaver, Aristeer, and Note, the most valuable tools is the laptop and notebook, because all the data are there and it is the most helpful technology

2) In what ways did you act as "ambassadors" and spokespersons for your Doors to Diplomacy project both on-line and in person.

so we have dedicated our freetime to do this project and give the best for our project, maybe it doesn't really good, but it's the best we can do, we don't have much time too actually so, this is it

3) What has been the impact of your project on your community?

We hope that our project does make a difference, because the cultures that we've mentioned is really traditional, we want to like introducing it again to the youngster in our community, because it's now globalization doesn't mean that we can forget the traditional one, they are the part of who we are, without it, there will be not like now

4) How did your project involve other members of your community as helpers and volunteers?

yes, lots of advice from my teacher like Mr. Ardian, and Mr. Nurdin, as now we have learn how to make a good one.

5) Discoveries, Lessons and Surprises (Optional)

yes, yes and yes, lots now we've learn from this project, we learn how to work underpressure, work as team like real work, actually this is our first project, so if it isn't win, that's ok
