1. Description of Our Team

Mufid zaky asari 17 years old: I’m very interesting to do this project. If I must study for exam, I didn’t worked my project. I worked my project, the day after. Usually I started work from 7 p.m until 11 p.m at Median’s home. Mr. Nurdin , Mr.Ardian, Mr. Ganang. They always helped us about this project. Renggi ardya putra 16 years old: I will sharpen about IT, I will need to go into this project in detail. When I worked this project with my team, I fixed study in order to always followed the lesson. Usually I started work from 7 p.m until 11 p.m at Median’s home. Mr. Nurdin , Mr.Ardian, Mr. Ganang. They always helped us about this project. Labiba duta nirbhita 16 years old: I will study about how to make project web. Because previously I never make the project. Usually I started work from 7 p.m until 11 p.m at Median’s home. Mr. Nurdin , Mr.Ardian, Mr. Ganang. They always helped us about this project. Median kurnia putri 17 years old: I will expand my knowledge about English. No matter about conversation, grammar or vocabulary. Usually I started work from 7 p.m until 11 p.m at Median’s home. Mr. Nurdin , Mr.Ardian, Mr. Ganang. They always helped us about this project.

2. Summary of Our Project

This project tells about 'Blangkon', a hand-made hat from Java, made from usual fabric & carton, that worn by Javanese since Hindu-Buddha Kingdom era from the legend of Aji Saka. By doing this project, we introduce it to the world, spread out the values of it, and try to save it from being extinction.

Internet Access is fast enough .sometime we use modem and sometime we use wireless connection.with Internet access we can find some information to our project

4. Problems We Had To Overcome

About mufid, because the hours showed 11 p.m. mufid felt asleep, finally he wanted to home but the project haven’t finished he is annoyed then project finally suspended .when he went to home he hit a motorcycle in the parking lot outside, he was getting annoyed. He talked with his self. About renggi, in the middle worked our project, his mother calling him, he wanted him to go to home, because the hours showed 10 p.m. he not yet go home. His mother was angry and every minutes calling him. Then he hurry up go to home with mufid.

5. Our Project Sound Bite

When we would go to the informants, the weather was rainy. But we must go to the informants in order to we had a material for our project. Renggi calling taxi, when the taxi arrived, we enter to taxi and go to the informants’s home. Finnaly, we arrived at the informants’s home, and we had a material for our project.

6. How did your activities and research for this Doors to Diplomacy Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?

First, we found at malioboro, but we just capture blangkon samples. We asked a few information about blangkon to the blangkon seller. And then, we searched many information from google. Third, we would go to informants in order to gave many informations. We asked about how to make a blangkon, the different from solo’s blangkon and jogja’s blangkon, or sunda’s blangkon. Finnaly, we arranges all information to the our web

the act what our team do are put the interest thing about blangkon and some cultures , make the website to be more interesting , invite to people to the cultures because if we do not conserve,the cultures will extinct

3) What has been the impact of your project on your community?

our project make a difference are raise a new thing about blangkon.our project can learned people about a new case about blangkon .other people around the world learned new things with this project in addition to the people the around world can interest to visit indonesia

4) How did your project involve other members of your community as helpers and volunteers?

our project need some people what give me some information for example: arif a seller blangkon .he had told some improtant information about blangkon and mr wagimin had learned how to make blangkon

We made interesting discoveries from many information and our creative Surprises that occurred as result of this project ,when we lose data because we are not yet to save it .
