Congratulations CyberFair 2022 participants!

I know from reading your Project Narratives that these past 3 years have been especially challenging for you to participate in CyberFair.

Many in-person classes continue to be canceled because of the coronavirus pandemic. And, people worldwide are discouraged from spending time in public places. So, we truly appreciate the huge effort you have made to participate in CyberFair, despite these on-going challenges.

I want to give a special THANK YOU to all the students, teachers, parents, and community members who succeeded in completing their CyberFair project and their Peer Reviews. The theme for CyberFair 2022 was PROTECT and Unite. Thank you for telling us your creative stories about how people and places are being PROTECTED in your community.

We especially applaud those of you who understand the importance of being spokespersons and ambassadors by sharing your CyberFair projects on social media.

We loved your engaging videos, podcasts, surveys, field visits and interviews. Your original photos and illustrations were so beautiful and compelling. You should be very proud.

We hope to see you again for International CyberFair 2023, which will be our 28th CyberFair. The 2023 theme is “BE KIND & UNITE.”

So, please begin thinking about things in your community and in your life that could improve by BEING KIND - to people, to animals, to the environment – and to yourself.

Thank you again for allowing me to virtually travel around the globe through your wonderful projects.

Sincerely,

Dr. Yvonne Marie Andres Global SchoolNet Founding Executive Director
