Project Description: This project aims at the Anka Culture and Anka Culture Festival with a long history in Shulin District, New Taipei city.

Shulin District, New Taipei city is the hometown of the home of red dew wine. As early as in the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty (1875 AD), the mainland of China introduced the Anka as the raw material to set up the "Shulin liquor making company" and began to manufacture the home of red dew wine for marketing throughout the province. Later, through many significant historical events, the operation of the winery can still last for a long time, and the home of red dew wine made by the winery is deeply loved by the people. In 1999, when the winery moved away, the production of Anka wine in the Shulin District was temporarily suspended. However, the production technology of Anka left behind created another new industry page in the Shulin District of New Taipei city. The Anka still has a profound impact on the region.

The Anka Culture is the representative of Shulin District to promote the “One Town One Product”(OTOP)now To promote the development of local industry, culture, and tourism, the district head planned "Anka Culture" as the theme of township characteristics. It was selected as one of the top 19 cultural festivals in New Taipei City in 2007, which started to encourage people to participate widely and deeply in Anka tourism and industry development and became crucial to this district today.
