Description of Our Community: Xia Bu community is established at December 16th, 1994 and is arming to improve the development of community, residence’s welfare and to establish peace and harmony and to work together and to help each other. Xia Bu community development association, under the regulations of Chung Hua city Township office indicating Xia Bu area as organized area, has 2500 citizens in the community and has 25 people participate at the association at that time. After year’s development, Xia Bu community development association set major goal at such areas as industrial development, welfare medication, community safety, human education, environmental screen, environmental protection etc.. With all its efforts to establish a health community, promote sport to let all citizens have a health body and in the hope that have welfare medication prepared, but not being used. Chairman leads a volunteer team with devotion to promote environmental protection. Community public group now has fork dance class, Tai Chi class, Singing practice class, Table tennis class. All these community activities are hold at Activity Center, which is also a place for recreational, cultural and charitable activities and a place where local government working at and having meeting. Activity center not only provides multi-functional service as recreational activities, holding various skill practice seminars and gathering activities, but also enhance citizen’s sense of identity and re-establish humanities and cultures environment and enhance citizens’s coherence.
