2. Summary of Our Project

As the industrial structure changes, new arrivals and migrant workers from Southeast Asia have gradually increased in number and enterprises have also had many negative impacts on social environment. In addition, we have found that the current problems faced by new residents and migrants include language, Working rights and interests, eating habits, etc., and they are unfamiliar with Taiwanese law and are likely to ignore their own rights and interests. The purpose of this study is to explore the new immigrants and migrant workers in Taiwan encounter problems, and to 'Southeast Asia Bookstore Alliance' as the research object, through literature review, field interviews bookstore owner, the use of IPA analysis design questionnaire for Southeast Asian immigrants and relocation Survey to understand their satisfaction and importance of the service quality of 'Southeast Asia Bookstore Alliance'. Its feature 'Read Southeast Asia' website using multimedia courses learned Dreamweaver CS6 with SQLite build site, the use of computer applications developed by the invent inventor2 mobile library. In addition, the use of Excel as a database link LINE Bot produced a query system.
