Project Overview

1. Description of Our Community

Yuanlin Elementary School is a 119-years-old school, is one of the largest schools in Yuanlin city, nearly 2,400 teachers and students, has a long history of diverse activities, is a development of gifted science, music, art, Sports and other multi-oriented schools. We are fortunate to have a lot of learning and exchange activities go to distance of 400 km Taitung County Haipuan Township Guangyuan Primary School with the help of the Dihca in Taipei City.

2. Summary of Our Project

From 2015 to 2016, we participated in Dihca to learn and understand Dihca, founder Lu Zhishan, and visit the Changhua County Education Office, from the activities of Guanghuo Elementary School, Haibuan Township, Taitung County. Deputy Director of Qifen provided the opportunity to participate in this learning activity and found that Mr. Lu Zhishan and Zhang Qifen, deputy director of the same consensus: is to let us understand the habits of indigenous tribes and customs and culture. A. The school's external network is a 100Mb fiber-optic line that connects to the Changhua County Network Center. B. Campus network bandwidth is 1Gb trunk, branch to 100Mb. C. 4. Problems We Had To Overcome

(1) time: to integrate research time, interviews, camps, finishing information .... and so on, the use of lunch break discussion with the study, but other teams are busy, the network super-plug. 5. Our Project Sound Bite

6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?

4) How did your project involve other members of your community as helpers and volunteers?
