1. Description of Our Community
Xiaji Town sits at the north of Linwei District with only 28 kilometers away from Weinan City area. Xiaji Town, formerly called Xiaji, is one of the old ancient market towns in Linwei District, a total area of 92 square kilometers and a population of about 51,611, jurisdiction over 33 administrative villages, 214 villager’s group, and 14057 residents. In 1997, Xiaji town was included in the construction of pilot town by government of Shaanxi Province, they have completed the road laying, street greening, water into households, the transformation of the low-pressure line, drainage of Jingxian Street and other engineering, built Shuangguan road, 10 thousand square meters of commercial housing and Beiqishizi business community, business people into the town are up to more than 1300 people, there are more than 800 rally day stalls. There are 1 high school, 2 junior middle schools, 34 primary school, 2 hospitals, 33 village clinics in the area.
2. Summary of Our Project
In recent years, our country is in the peak period of traffic accidents, the number of casualties caused by traffic accidents is increasing every year. On May 15, 2015, there was a particularly serious road traffic accidents in Chunhua County Xianyang City, 35 people were killed, 11 people were injured; on May 22, Guiping City, Guangxi Province, a kindergarten school bus went into the pond, resulting in the death of two children, six children were injured, the lessons are serious, let us feel deplorable. At the same time, it reminds us to care ourselves.

Our school has 2 computer classrooms with internet, but most of time, computer classrooms are closed. Computers in teacher office can access internet all the time, so we use teacher’s computer to look for information and material about our project study, and we can edit other project task by using computer in classroom.
4. Problems We Had To Overcome
Campus network was instability. Our school's Internet access through a computer as ADSL proxy server, other computers access the Internet through a proxy service, so the Internet speed is very slow, we have to wait for a long time to download the material. Our schedule is very tight. Teachers will go for classes everyday, and they are also very busy, in order to catch up our classes, we have to learn on time every day according to the schedule, so will do our work at noon and extra-curricular activities time, but the time is limited, we have to work on weekends. The obstacles to make webpage, it is very difficult for us to make it, because we are not very familiar with software, so the teacher taught us some skills in their spare time. English level problem, our English level is not high, so, we can only resort town and talent teachers. Here, thanks to them.
5. Our Project Sound Bite
In this month, we have experienced too much, there are sweet and bitter, I also have a lot of harvests. In order to let more people realize the importance of the destruction of the environment hazards and environmental protection, we went to collect on-site materials several times. Although our strength is very weak, we have delivered the power to the home children. In this month, for our common goal, we lost a lot, but we got more!
6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?
The research, investigation and data collection for Xiaoshi traffic police squadron and the whole process of making the web works have had an impact on school students and local residents, the following is specific performance: At first, our school students found new insight on the traffic safety. The students were very surprised when they saw the large amount of information we had gathered around us. Secondly, the impact of local residents: Make our local residents aware of the hazards of traffic safety and the consequences of traffic safety, so that they can protect themselves from harm in the future.
