Project Overview

1. Description of Our Community

Changhua County is located in the middle western part of Taiwan. The most famous sightseeing spots include Confucius Temple and Mountains Pagua . The local special products are meat balls and diary products. Mountain Pa-gua is the anti-Japanese historical and scenic points which are include: the Changhua Grand Buddha, Jiulong Pond, Mountain Pagua Recreation Park, Chung Cheng Park. 'Changhua Grand Buddha' is the main stronghold for tourists to visit .

2. Summary of Our Project

We hope that through our case studies on 'Minquan Community Development Association' and' Minquan Tranditional Market' in Changhua County.People will understand how local volunteers improve sanitation and unused space and efforts to promote and maintain the spirit of the community to be demonstrated.Thereby stimulate the students the concept of love for their homeland and cultivate enthusiasm for public service.
