1. Description of Our Community

Our community is in the industrial city,Kaohsiung,and is used to be considered as a cultural dessert.

2. Summary of Our Project

Our CyberFair Web Project is all about the art in Kaohsiung.What can we do to change Kaohsiung with art and music.

4. Problems We Had To Overcome

The most difficult for us when conducting the project was to find the experts in the field and to scheduled times with them for the face to face interview .We keep contacting the experts and overcome the difficult.

6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?

During the process,we learned new skills like how to find a way to contact with experts and plan a interview to talk about our subject.Every participant in our team was gave different mission,so we can complete the CyberFair Project together.By doing so,we find that the role we play in our community is to change the community,try our best to make the community better,we need to use more art,music and symphonies in our daily life and teaching,it is more effective than traditional methods.

1) What information tools & technologies did you used to complete your CyberFair project?

To complete our CyberFair prajoct,we use many technologies like computers,telephones,a camera,a voice recorder,a DVD burner.We use computer to find the experts in different categories,and use the telephones to contact with them and scheled the interview times.The voice recoeder and camera help us to take down all the process of interview.The most important helper is the computers.We use it to find all the information and complete the project.

2) In what ways did you act as "ambassadors" and spokespersons for your CyberFair project both on-line and in person.

3) What has been the impact of your project on your community?

The people in our community will learn through our Web pages that Kaohsiung may be once a cultural dessert before,but it will change in the future.Trough our Web pages,the people around the world can learn that although Taiwan is small,but the community in Taiwan,Kaohsiung,will be a beautiful place full of art and symphonies.

4) How did your project involve other members of your community as helpers and volunteers?

We must to give our thanks to the teachers in our school first.Many teachers in our school gave their help to us.To complete the CyberFair Project,our participant need a lot of time to discuss the content and details in the Web Page.Many teachers donate their class to us so we can use the empty classroom to do what we must to do.
