5. Our Project Sound Bite

To participate CyberFair is very meaningful. So that students learn how to make web pages, learn from each other how to set plans, cooperate together, division of labor and find the desired information. These, as well as community and school students, it is a great experience.

6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?

I acquired a lot of techniques about how to manage a team work, such as work distribution, timetable and coherence. If a group members have common aims, beliefs and qualities, the team must be well-run. Consequently, having an able leader is very necessary. Besides, I also learned how to make the best used of time. All the members have their own things, so it’s hard to set a date when we need to pay a visit to Chingshuei Wetland. So…as a leader of the team, I should have an intelligent brain so that I could manage all the things well.

Project Elements

1) What information tools & technologies did you used to complete your CyberFair project?

We used many materials, such as newspaper, books, and oral interview. The oral interviews helped us a lot. The local residents told us many history and evolution about Chingshuei Wetland. With their information, we knew more about this Wetland.

2) In what ways did you act as "ambassadors" and spokespersons for your CyberFair project both on-line and in person.

3) What has been the impact of your project on your community?

Our team members acquired a lot of techniques about how to manage a team work, such as work distribution, timetable and coherence. If a group members have common aims, beliefs and qualities, the team must be well-run. Consequently, having an able leader is very necessary. By joining this activity,we strengthened our relation between all the members.

4) How did your project involve other members of your community as helpers and volunteers?

We got lots of information about Jinshan Cingshuei Wetland from Laya Burger's boss.Because of him,we can finish our team works. The picture below is his personal profile.
