4. Problems We Had To Overcome
As we all came from different classes, the division of labor and teamwork was not easy and we felt completely lost at first. Things only became slightly easier after we elected project leaders, divided work, followed the project leader’s plans, listened to teachers’ advices, and monitored our work progress.
5. Our Project Sound Bite
As some people say: “unity is strength”, we learned the wisdom of the proverb from the Cyberfair project. An unforgettable incident happened when we encountered difficulties in the process of making webpages. The story was that a project member had been absent from our group discussions for some time because he was preparing for a report for other classes, which made other hard-working project members become unhappy about his behaviors and planned to exclude him from the Cyberfair project. However, we eventually gave in to our teachers’ persuasion, showed understanding for that classmate, and completed the webpages together. We indeed benefited a lot from this Cyberfair project experience.
