Cishan was called 'Fan Shu Liau' before, and was very suitable for banana cultivation in agriculture. According to the records, Cishan’s cultivation of banana started from 1925. Cishan was ever known as 'Banana Kingdom' because it grew many good-quality bananas. In Cishan, in addition to its good bananas, sugar business (sucrose made from Cane) had brought great profits from the Japanese colonial era to the post-war era. Today, Cishan’s sugar mill has mainly turned into tourist attraction for ice selling. In Cishan, there are many historical monuments and delicious snacks. During holidays, visitors like to visit Cishan to explore its culture and history, and taste delicacies.

As computer is usually be thought as a relaxing material but learning material by students, we try to make them collecting information and doing the research through the internet. Furthermore, letting students doing this project with their own such as thinking their own question during the meeting, recording the information they received, making a visitation to the monuments, etc. This project makes improvements on not only the self management skill to students, but also gives them a wider view on this world.
