1. Description of Our Community

Community Our Community is Huatan Township, Changhua, Taiwan , R.O.C. Huatan is located at Northest of Changhua, Taiwan, R.O.C. There are many many Jasmine planted in Huatan. White pomeloes is also special product of Huatan township. In recent years, the art carving bricks are deliverd to all over Taiwan form Huatan. There are many artists living at Huatan. There are a big Art-carving bricks garden area at Huatan. Huatan is a beautiful place.

2. Summary of Our Project

Mr. Zhi Wun Hsu is a creative artist. He is good at Chinese painting, calligraphy, collecting ornamental stones. He is the chairman of the Ciau Tao Community Development Committee. He plans how to beautify the Ciau Tao Community by his artist insight. Mr. Hsu assembles a volunteer team to clean Ciau Tao Community . Mr. Hsu make Ciau Tao Community into one of the most beautiful community of Taiwan.

4. Problems We Had To Overcome

It is difficult for us that Mr. Hsu is too busy. We must make an arrangement week ago. At our school, the web-making class is arranged on 8 class. But our director taught patiently.

5. Our Project Sound Bite

Mr. Hsu is a kind old man. He provided many many data to us.

6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?

We learn new web-making skills. We convey that Mr. Hsu is an artist and a good chairman of community development.

1) What information tools & technologies did you used to complete your CyberFair project?

We use function of Facebook to community each other. We use the equipments of school.

2) In what ways did you act as "ambassadors" and spokespersons for your CyberFair project both on-line and in person.

We distributed our calling card which had our address of web. We paste many playbills on the bulletin boards at Huatan.

3) What has been the impact of your project on your community?

Our web introduce an artist and a chairman of community development committee. The students of our school and the residents of our community can learn which Chinese draw and strange stone how to admire.

4) How did your project involve other members of your community as helpers and volunteers?

We thank for Huatan and Changhua of Business of Administration Concerning Residents and Residency. Because the art works of Mr. Hsu put on display there. We thanks many residents of Huatan for accepting questionnaire.

5) Discoveries, Lessons and Surprises (Optional)

We find that the residents of Huatan are kind to us. We find a pioneer which art of Huatan is progressing. We surprise that there are a lot of artist at Huatan.
