2. Summary of Our Project
People come and go without stopping. They are so close when jammed in the MRT, yet they don’t have anything in common. Magically, the performances of buskers on the hallways can always slower people’s steps. Some even stop and watch. It is really important to have such a vivid way as busking to relieve people’s emotions. The artistic atmosphere is high in public space when they are around. Buskers mean a lot fo a city. For getting more understanding of busking, we not only had many interviews with wonderful buskers, but also applied for the audition for the Busking Permit. With the anticipation that maybe one day we could also be buskers, we decided to choose the buskers as our topic.

4. Problems We Had To Overcome

Later, we found a way to conquer this awkward situation: we practiced with each other before we formally interviewed the buskers, Gradually, we conquered the nervousness and could get more inner thoughts from our interviewees.
5. Our Project Sound Bite
“Pursuit your dream and never give up!” When we were doing this project, we confronted a lot of problems. Somehow we doubted ourselves: could we really finish this? Was this beyond our abilities? Thanks to the encouragement of the teachers and the buskers, we went on this hard work without giving up. We do think this is the most important thing we have learned. We unite together and fight till the end.
6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?
This research can be well-associated with the moral character education. Students can get some useful information about buskers, and find more facts about the specific art form in Taipei city. Some students may even find another possibility for their future career choice.
