Project Overview

1. Description of Our Community

We located in the dujiangyan puyang town. In side the town it is beautiful, rich source with the coverage of 51%, inside the district there is huangfengou and other ancient styles building.Inside the district, there are huangfengou, shilongguojiang, and the army school found by Kuomintan, gradually forming the one district three garden ecology.

2. Summary of Our Project

Facing the disaster, puyang middle school are famous for the effective, the party member and high quality, protecting the treasure of school and showing the greatest shining figure.

4. Problems We Had To Overcome

Before the earthquake, the facility is full, having 80 computers, together 100 pcs together with the office. The school itself is the internet. The speed is fast and then part of the students can go to internet at home, using the school website providing the school communication. But after the earthquake, there are just 8 computers. The biggest hardness is us. We always get used to the traditional study, lack of ability to the details and organization. Facing this theme, we find that we have to change the mode. From the plan, collecting and organizing, no one can give us a standard answer. After the earthquake, the computer facility get severe damaged. So facing this disaster, we all get hurt to some degree.

5. Our Project Sound Bite

Our homeland get the sudden hurt from the earthquake. Many lives stop at the crash. Dujiangyan become the severe disaster. My home was also crashed. Many students’ home was ruined. But with the help of many people, we didn’t come back before the difficulties. Through this webpage match, we need to treasure the life and work hard.

6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?

In the interview, students needs the language and tool to interview. With the plan going, the members discuss and correct the content, not only experience the importance of the study but also to the after school. on the one hand, it can exchange the info fast, on the other hand, it can solve the problems efficiently.

2) In what ways did you act as "ambassadors" and spokespersons for your CyberFair project both on-line and in person.

Our monitor talk with the Tv, getting the support from them. Mr. Yang is exciting to praise us that we have a good title. We should treasure this chance. Many students ask us for teaching.

3) What has been the impact of your project on your community?

1.school life is busy, since the webmatch is on, we come to the office everyday and then the teachers lead us to the visit. Sometimes we are so tired, time seems not enough. 2.we have a lesson not in the school. this title teach us a lot of the knowledge and we more treasuring the life.
