Project Overview

1. Description of Our Community

Wugu is near with Sanchong, and it’s different from the other wetland. It’s the first station of the bird from north. The birds come from north need a place to relax, so they choose Wugu. Now Wugu is protecting the wetland, they won’t be worse then the other country.

2. Summary of Our Project

This time, our team has found a beautiful land in Taipei city. It’s Wugu Wetland. We show you a romantic and vitality wetland to you. It’s born under the artificial

4. Problems We Had To Overcome

We have faced so many problems in this time. For example, time, technique, detail, school work, and experience. W are already second grade in junior high school, we should prepare many tests like the final test, and the teachers or parents will concerned our score. If we didn’t do it, then they will ask us to get out to the team. Beside this, experience is a problem, too. We are the first time to do the competition, so we can’t do well on many things. But we still tried to do more better to get a good score.

Post down the life in Wugu protect life in Wugu, create new life on the earth.

6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?

Our content is part to national and natural. Because of the activity, our school’s principal, teachers and students can know more knowledge about the environment. During the process of making website, we learned the skill of making website. Besides, we also realize the importance of “helping each other”. In order to make the best website, we even went to Wugu to interview the teacher there.

1) What information tools & technologies did you used to complete your CyberFair project?

The tools we had used are several books about wetland a recorder, several computers, a printer, a scanner, and three digital cameras. In the field of software, we had used Internet Explorer, PhotoImpactX3, Photorazer, Plooh , Word, Media Player, Sw isHmax, Preamutaver and real player.

2) In what ways did you act as "ambassadors" and spokespersons for your CyberFair project both on-line and in person.

All of us do the best on community, we can community with our parents in good ways. Our teacher makes them to look and enjoy our web, and ask their advice. The community is an important thing in a team, we do it well but not the best, sometimes we would have some argument too, but we survive these to, make our project nicer.

3) What has been the impact of your project on your community?

For this project we had many things to work on, like community, it’s very important in a team, and our community has become better. In the activity, we needed to discuss with other students. Besides, a good community is very important, too. We change our advice to make our project to be better. The project had already put on our schools website, it must be read by many people. Of course we have told our parents to look for it on the mother’s day. Everyone has realized that the wetland s so important to them, just like us before, we will introduce more and more people to look on our project, and they will be knowledge on wetland.

4) How did your project involve other members of your community as helpers and volunteers?

For this project, we must introduce a big person for you, his name is Zi Hao Guo. He come and helped in the winter vacation, his help is so important. We fell thankful to him. He solved many problems in our project, we can’t think if we didn’t have his helped. At here we want to give a bit thank to him, thank you.

5) Discoveries, Lessons and Surprises (Optional)

We have many groups in our team, and every team has their own discoveries lessons and surprised. For example: the group they learned how to make a link of web or make the background even though now they can do it just like an adult. And the communication group they have learned how to communicate with other people, not just use the force. But most of use have founded that a wetland is not just a wetland, many creatures live in there, that is our discoveries, to protect them is our lessons. And the Surprise is many animals, insect and plant can live is a bad environment. According to this people must do like that, we should be brave and enjoy the test.
