‘Respect and acceptance between each culture is built on believe and confidence’. At first we were very unfamiliar with each other, but now, we got to know each other better, and in the process where we were allocating jobs, we never suspect each other capability and thus, we built a strong communication bond with one another. And this is the reason why we had a different idea on the causes of conflicts, and how we should work on it.
