Fortunately, with the help of Wang jun , Liu na and others from Town and Talent company, we can successfully complete this activity.

Short of experience: On one hand our teacher usually are busy in teaching, so they have no chance to go outdoor with students. We think that only by elaborate plan can we get good material. On the other hand because of a poor capability of doing homepage, a little technology problem may waste many time.

5. Our Project Sound Bite

Though born in Ning xia, we don't know about Hui Nationality very much, and some people think that Hui Nationality only are those who wear white caps all day and those who don't eat pig. Through this special topic research, many students got much knowledge about Hui Nationality including the origin and faith of Hui Nationality and so on. Through series of activities, for example designing proposal, connecting with people who is willing to supply material, recording and sorting contents, doing web pages, students tasted that no pain no gain.

Project Elements

1) What information tools & technologies did you used to complete your CyberFair project?

Digital camera is the most valuable tool. We can record some wonderful scenes when we are visiting. Some of those photos may be precious materials. We think the information technology is most useful, because we can process information quickly and effectively with it.

2) In what ways did you act as "ambassadors" and spokespersons for your CyberFair project both on-line and in person.

The purpose of this project research is that let more people know about the beautiful scenes of the Hui country which is named Jiangnan in the strategic positions along the border. Through ambassadors’ role of ‘custom guide’, people can understand its scenery, culture, custom, and history.

Our members are divided into different groups to take part in the group’s activity, which are appointed different tasks. Then we sit together to discuss and arrange our raw material, so we can apply what we have learned to the lives. The summaries of every finished activity let us make progress on inviting tips, technique of asking, and attitude to the interviewers. We realize that every people being invited should feel our sincere, or we could not gain so many details.

Our research achievements are made into web pages placed in the website, which can make people all over the world know Wuzhong in Ningxia much more.

Through the teachers and students Personally visits and telephone interview, we complete our research plan. In this activity, we originally thought Hui nationality extremely seals up and is not willing to make clear these national interior many things to the bystander, but our idea was changed in the active process. In the interview photography, many Muslim warmly converses with us. They not only provide the goods on own initiative which we needs, but request initiatively to photograph the Hui nationality architectural complex, the store and the shop f and so on put on ours homepage, let the world people to understand the mystical nationality.
