AUTHOR EXCITES STUDENTS ABOUT READING
Dartmouth college graduate, and Silicon Valley trained
author, Bill Dallas Lewis loves to share the joy of
reading, writing, and creation of digital media! Bill
offers three online presentation options. Dates and
times are set to meet your needs.
Option 1: Meet the Author: How Reading and Writing Can
Change Your Life (one hour - $200.00)
Bill tells about how he became and author an writer. He
also shares personal Dr. Seuss stories, takes students
through the writing process and demonstrates how he uses
state of the art; computer graphics applications that
can make any thing look real.
Option 2: Becoming a Digital Author (3+ hours - $600.00)
Three customized sessions tailored to the your local
students' needs - focusing on the writing process and
creation of interactive digital media. Many schools work
with Bill to create 30 minute animated cartoons, real
children's hardback books, or even interactive CD's.
Option 3: Learn Flash. (Four customized 2-hour sessions
- costs vary)
Flash is really fun and makes any curriculum come to
life. Bill has taught Flash to 5th and 6th graders,
senior graphics designers in New York, graphics
specialists of the United States Coast Guard and
designers at the Gap. You will learn how to integrate
Flash into your classroom, school or school district.
