Summary:
We are looking for a school in which to discuss this book using Web 2.0 tools of blogs and wikis. This will be our second year, and we have rubrics and guidelines. Our start date can be flexible. We are a group of 125 eighth graders.

Full Project Description:
Students at our middle school last year were very engaged in communicating with students outside of our school about To Kill A Mockingbird. We created a blog and wiki for discussions. As a result of last year, we are putting into place a number of modifications to improve the communication and assessment.

Objectives:
The goals are to help improve writing fluency and writing that demonstrates understanding of the themes and elements of this important American novel.
By using the tools of Web sharing, students will be motivated to share their ideas.
